Lucky Jim's Ranch is a foreclosed ranch located in the agricultural community of Grapeseed in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online.
Description[]
It is located between Union Road, Joad Lane, and O'Neil Way in Grapeseed. The farm consists of crop fields, a pasture, stables, and a barn. At one time, the farm had a shop called Lucky Jim's Seed n Feed that operated out of the barn and sold animal feed, eggs, and seeds. At some point prior to 2013, the store shut down, with the sign outside the barn citing "an accident", and the property was foreclosed on by Wolfs International Realty.
In GTA V, the farm appears rundown, with nothing growing on the fields. Despite apparently being closed, lights still appear turned on inside the barn at night, and the sprinklers operate. Additionally, Cows and Pigs spawn inside the stables and in the pasture, and a farmer inside a Fieldmaster can sometimes be seen in one of the fields. The stables, pasture, and one of the fields are possibly operated by the Grapeseed Cow Farm across the street.
