The Loudhailer appears as a white hand-held electric megaphone (albeit with a plain silver tint and no accessories attached). It is featured in the mission The Paleto Score, where it is used by Deputy Kirkman to attempt to negotiate with the crew inside the Blaine County Savings Bank.

The Loudhailer was planned for inclusion in GTA V as a weapon usable by the player. Although it was cut from the game, the game files contain a render and HUD icon for this item. It was also meant to be used as a drive-by weapon[1].
