The building is located on San Andreas Avenue and Calais Avenue in Little Seoul, Los Santos. It is an international style skyscraper, and the tallest building in Little Seoul and the 9th tallest structure in Los Santos.
The companies BAWSAQ, Schlongberg Sachs, Total Bankers and International Online Unlimited have offices in the tower, and the Hit 'n' Run coffee shop is located at its ground floor, on San Andreas Avenue. The building is inaccessible to the player in GTA V, but it is one of the potential Agencies that can be purchased by the GTA Online Protagonist in The Contract update.
Influence[]
The building is likely based on the Equitable Life Building, a 34-story, 453 ft (138 m) tower in Koreatown, Los Angeles.
