The Lighter is an item/weapon that was cut from Grand Theft Auto V during development.
Description[]
The Lighter was supposed to be used by Trevor Philips during the Crystal Maze mission, when Trevor finishes pouring a trail of petrol outside and throughout the house.
It can still be found in the kitchen inside Trevor's Trailer but it's unusable.
