Moderate Respect for the Zaibatsu is required in order to unlock this mission, indicated by the yellow light icon below the gang's respect-o-meter on the HUD.
Trey Welsh tells Claude Speed that the Loonies have interfered with Zaibatsu's drug business and he wants revenge by blowing up their garage. He first has Claude to steal a Loony Dementia from their garage in Fruitbat, rigging it with a bomb and using it to blow up the garage. After that, he asks Claude to pick up a black Van in front of the fire station in Avalon and use it to transport his armed Zaibatsu operatives to the garage and wipe out the Loonies.

The reward for completing the mission is $40,000, +1 Score Multiplier, and increased Zaibatsu Respect level.
