Lianne Forget (pronounced lee-AN four-ZHAY) is the WCTR news anchor in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
She is voiced by Sharon Washington.

Background[]
It is hinted that Lianne is romantically involved with Richard Burns, a news reporter for WCTR, although on numerous occasions cuts him off to stop him incriminating himself. Burns later moves to Liberty City, although makes no reference to Lianne.
Sharon Washington, Lianne's voice actor, also voiced the news reporter for LCN in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories, who would report breaking news on any radio station after major events in the storyline. However, the name of the reporter is never mentioned in the game (and, indeed, the game booklet doesn't even credit Washington), so one can only assume it is the same character. Richard Burns also makes a cameo appearance on LCFR.
Her name is a pun on the phrase "lie and forget".
In Grand Theft Auto V, she is one of the honored celebrities on the Vinewood Walk of Fame.
