“Keep the engine running, we'll be in and out in no time.”
— One of the Leones to Claude.
The Leone Bank Robbers are minor characters in Grand Theft Auto III.
History[]
Background[]
They are three unnamed mobsters of the Leone Crime Family.
Events of Grand Theft Auto III[]
In 2001, Joey Leone asks Claude to assist a few friends of his in a bank robbery, with Claude acting as the getaway driver. He picks up the bank robbers in a four-seater vehicle at the Panettiere business in Saint Mark's, before driving to the Bank of Liberty branch in Chinatown. After a ringing bank alarm is heard, the bank robbers leave and Claude is told to lose the cops before taking them back to the Panettiere business.
The reward for completing the mission is $10,000 per surviving burglar, up to $30,000 if all three were safely delivered to their hideout.

Trivia[]
- In the first PlayStation 2 trailer, Catalina's unnamed accomplice used the bank robbers' unique pedestrian model. In the final version, he is swapped with a generic Colombian Cartel member.
- They may or may not be the same Leone Family members who attempted a gas station robbery during the mission Smash and Grab in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories.
