Chunky is a member of the Liberty City Triads and runs a Punk Noodles stand in Chinatown, Portland, Liberty City.

Chunky is selling the drug SPANK for the Colombian Cartel through his noodle stand. Joey Leone, of the rival Leone Crime Family, sends Claude to kill him to shutdown his drug dealing.
