Description[]
Located in Las Payasadas, the building appears to be completely unnamed; however, its file model name, des_ntcafe, suggests the building is intended to be a cafe. A Hotdog and either a Bobcat or Mr Whoopee can spawn in the parking lot. Two vending machines are located next to the front door. A rampage icon may also spawn behind the building in the console version. The cafe is inaccessible to the player and plays no role in the storyline whatsoever.
