The Lancet Courtyard Park is a park in Grand Theft Auto IV and Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars located on Bismarck Avenue in Lancet, Algonquin, Liberty City.
Description[]
Located in Lancet in Algonquin, Lancet Courtyard Park is surrounded on its south and east sides by Prosperous Towers, and on its north side by several office buildings – one of which serves as a sniping spot for Niko Bellic in the mission Blood Brothers – while its west side is open to Bismarck Avenue.
The park boasts a generous range of beech, birch and scotch pine trees scattered across four plots arranged in a geometric fashion. The ground is topped with gravel, and a charming wrought iron fence encloses the park on its west side.

The park seems to have been inspired by Tudor City Greens[1] located on 38 Tudor City Pl #24, New York, United States.

Events of Grand Theft Auto IV[]
During the mission Blood Brothers, Francis McReary explains to Niko that he wants his brother Derrick dead for "the good of the community", when in reality, Derrick is intending to leak incriminating information about Francis to a reporter, jeopardizing his career in the police force.
Francis is meeting Derrick at a park in Lancet to give Niko the opportunity to kill him. Niko must choose between the two brothers, and for the second time, kill one or the other.
Events of Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars[]
After the final storyline mission, Salt in the Wound, a drug dealer named Sean sends an e-mail to Huang Lee about the Lions of Fo collectible, which spawns in randomized points around Liberty City. One of the spawn locations is in the center of the park.
