He is a member of the private security for the La'oub Princess cargo ship owned by a member of a wealthy Emirati family from the United Arab Emirates.

In 2023, a relative of the cargo ship owner, Jamal Amir, and his business partner, the GTA Online Protagonist, plan and perform a heist on the La'oub Princess in order to steal a valuable luxury car being shipped in one of the containers.
If the player chooses to disrupt the cargo ship's air support, Jamal will task the player to break into the pilot's apartment identified by the Reever or the Shinobi parked outside, kill him inside and use his personal computer to locate a fleet of Mavericks used by the cargo ship's air support crew.
