The LSA Lockup is a warehouse in El Burro Heights, Los Santos, appearing in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online.
Description[]
The lockup makes its first appearance in Grand Theft Auto V as an unnamed warehouse with no known owners by 2013. It plays no role in the storyline.
In 2023, the warehouse is owned by the Los Santos Angels mercenary air squadron in Grand Theft Auto Online. Some of the obstructions in front of the garage doors are removed to make room for drop-offs.

Grand Theft Auto Online[]
The area where the warehouse is located is briefly used by the Los Santos Vagos gang to stash a stolen shipment of Redwood Cigarettes in 2013. The shipment is stolen by the GTA Online Protagonist under orders of Lamar Davis during the contact mission No Smoking.
The Contract[]
The warehouse, still under control of the Vagos, makes a minor appearance in the Data Leaks as part of The Contract update. If the player doesn't kill the North Side Vagos leader in time during the South Central Leak, he will lead them into an ambush at the lockup.
San Andreas Mercenaries[]
As of the San Andreas Mercenaries update, the Los Santos Angels air squadron have acquired the warehouse at some point circa 2023, and it is used as their personal lockup during their operations.
During the LSA Operations, the warehouse is used to store a Toreador retrieved from Merryweather's aircraft carrier, and a Menacer stolen from Merryweather's reinforcements after disrupting their smuggling operation.
