Kortz Survival is a Survival job in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the continuation of The Cayo Perico Heist update, released on July 8, 2021, during the Survivals Week event. It takes place at the Kortz Center in Pacific Bluffs.

The type of enemies changes as the player progresses through the waves; these are Security Guards on waves 1 through 3, bodyguards on waves 5 and 8, IAA agents on waves 4 through 6, FIB agents on waves 6 and 7, and the military from wave 9 onwards. Since there are no roads that lead directly to the survival area, no land vehicles are used by the enemies. During certain waves, the enemies will use Buzzards, Buzzard Attack Choppers, Annihilators, Annihilator Stealths, Cargobobs, and Valkyries.
The survival takes place at the southeastern part of the Kortz Center, on the upper floor which also provides a view of the city. The players start on the south part of this area, after which they are free to seek pickups and find adequate cover. There are various crates and other props scattered around the map, which can be used as protection. The area also includes a garden with tall plants, which may hinder the players' ability to see and take out enemies. While the players can access the stairs, going even one level up or down is enough to move outside the boundaries and activate the "leaving survival" notice.
The enemies can come from a variety of locations: the ground floor of the establishement, the balconies on the survival level, or even on the roof. the foes that spawn on the ground floor in the middle of the Kortz Center will have to use the stairway to the west of the map; enemies can also spawn to the north of the building, which will then use the northern stairway to reach the players. Enemies also often spawn on the first floor balcony to the northwest, just outside the players' view. Finally, the enemies can also spawn on the two rooftops that are immediately next to the survival area; these foes will use the stairs to come down to the first floor.
There are two health packs and two armour pickups scattered around the map. Apart from an armour pack to the north, all three are positioned in the south half of the playing area.
