It is located on Calais Avenue, Lindsay Circus and Palomino Avenue in Little Seoul, Los Santos.
The plaza offers a wide variety of products, from electronics to convenience and grocery stores, and it is presumably one of the main shopping malls of the Korean and Asian community in Los Santos. The stores are inaccessible to the player.
An armored van usually spawns in this location, as a part of a Random Event mission. One of the 50 stunt jumps is performed in this area.
