Kenneth Clark "Kenny" Loggins, referred to as just Loggins or Captain Loggins in game (born January 7, 1948 in Everett, Washington), is an American musician who voices himself as the DJ of the Los Santos Rock Radio station in Grand Theft Auto V.
Loggins is an American guitarist, singer and songwriter best known for his soft rock music in the 1970s and his performances on many movie soundtracks in the 1980s. His discography includes six platinum albums, two as part of the duo Loggins and Messina.
