Kenneth Clark "Kenny" Loggins, referred to as just Loggins or Captain Loggins, (born January 7, 1948 in Everett, Washington) is an American guitarist, singer and song writer and the DJ of the Los Santos Rock Radio station in Grand Theft Auto V.
In real life, he is an American guitarist, singer and song writer, known for his soft rock music in the '70s and for writing and performing for movie soundtracks in the '80s. He's released six platinum albums, two as part of the duo Loggins and Messina.
