Keenan Shimizu
Keenan Shimizu (born October 22, 1956 in New York City, New York) is an Japanese-American actor and voice actor. He appeared in TV shows such as CBS Afternoon Playhouse, Ed, Law & Order, Hawaii and Madigan Men. He provided the voice of Kazuki Kasen in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories.
