“...And now those guidos say we gotta do them a favor.”
Tommy Vercetti:
“You mean I gotta do 'em a favor.”
Ken Rosenberg:
“Oh, of course that's what I mean. Do I look like I can intimidate a jury? I couldn't intimidate a child - and believe me, I've tried. Now, look. It's either that, or Forelli's cousin, Giorgio, gets five years for fraud. You gotta take these guys OUT!”
Tommy Vercetti:
“I understand. Help the jury change their minds. Don't worry about it.”
Tommy drops by Ken's office in Washington Beach where Ken tells him that the Forelli Crime Family is angry that they do not have the family's money. So, in the meantime, Tommy has to do them a favor; Sonny's cousin, Giorgio, is going to serve five years in prison for fraud unless the jury changes their minds. Tommy leaves Ken's office and sees a golfer run over a worker, who drops his hammer. Tommy takes the hammer (and optionally, the golfer's abandoned Glendale) and drives to either of the jurors. One of the jurors has his car parked at a high-rise building in Vice Point. Tommy smashes the car with his hammer until the juror comes out and runs away. Tommy then drives to the second juror. The other juror is standing next to his car in Ocean Beach, talking to a woman. Tommy approaches the second juror, who attempts to flee in his car but crashes into a passing Spand Express truck. Tommy smashes the car with a hammer until the second juror gets out and flees in fear.

Tommy Vercetti enters Ken Rosenberg's office and sees Ken asleep on the sofa. Tommy slams the door, which startles Ken.
Ken:
Aaah! Oh, for God's sake, it's you! Oh Jeez - I'm gonna need new pants! Hey, those psychos from up north - they've been on the horn, and they're coming down here soon. Now where is the goddamn money?!
Tommy:
Relax, relax. We're not at that part yet.
Ken:
Ohhh...I thought you were taking care of this, I really did! And now those guidos say we gotta do them a favour.
Tommy:
You mean I gotta do 'em a favour.
Ken:
Oh, of course that's what I mean. Do I look like I could intimidate a jury? I couldn't intimidate a child - and believe me, I've tried. Now, look. It's either that, or Forelli's cousin, Giorgio, gets five years for fraud. You gotta take these guys OUT!
Tommy:
I understand. Help the jury change their minds. Don't worry about it.
Ken:
No no no no no - NO! I tried that. The jury case didn't go so well, so MAKE them change their minds.
Alright, more crap to wipe up. What did I do wrong in a past life?
Outside Ken's office. A construction worker standing on the pavement gets run over by a golfer driving a Glendale. The car's driver exits and flees the scene. Tommy collects the dead worker's hammer.
Tommy:
Dumb. Florida. Moron.
Tommy drives to a high-rise building in Vice Point and begins smashing up a Sentinel belonging to one of the jurors. The juror arrives and sees Tommy smashing up his car. After smashing up the juror's cars, Tommy may say one of the possible pre-determined lines.
Juror:
I can't believe this is happening!
Tommy:
Not guilty, understand? Good.
Innocent until I say otherwise.
You know he's not guilty.
You remember Giorgio? You remember he's innocent?!
Remember, 'guilty' is a dirty word.
Giorgio sends his regards.
The juror runs away screaming.
Tommy drives to a café in Ocean Beach and sees the other juror talking to a woman. He intimidates the juror, who attempts to drive off in his car, but crashes into a passing truck. Tommy smashes up the juror's car.
Juror:
Hey, man, my car! Leave my damn car alone, man!
Yo, man, I still got payments to make on this!
Oh please, God, someone help me!
When the car gets damaged enough, the juror exits. Cue one of Tommy's pre-determined lines.

Not guilty, understand? Good.
Innocent until I say otherwise.

Walkthrough[]
Tommy arrives at K. Rosenberg & Co. to find Ken sleeping on the couch near the door. Tommy slams the door to wake him up.
Ken immediately wakes up and is scared by the loud slam.
Ken realises that it was Tommy who woke him up and says that he will "need new pants".
Ken informs Tommy that the Forelli Crime Family has called him and told him that they will come and visit him and Tommy soon.
If the player blocks the second Juror's car, then damages it before spooking him, upon being spooked he will enter his car, then immediately exit and run away, causing the Spand Express truck to never spawn, but the objective to be complete regardless.
