Julian Fernando Casablancas (born August 23, 1978) is an American singer, songwriter, and record producer who is best known as the lead singer and primary songwriter of rock band The Strokes. Casablancas hosts the Kult FM rock station in Grand Theft Auto Online, introduced in The Cayo Perico Heist update.
