Juan Cortez' Goons are a private security guard force led by Colonel Juan Garcia Cortez in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.

Nothing much is known about the goons, other than they serve as Juan Cortez' personal security.
Events of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City[]
Cortez' goons are first seen during the mission The Party, accompanied by the Colonel as he introduces himself and his daughter Mercedes Cortez to Tommy Vercetti, one of the survivors of the botched deal that Juan Cortez helped set up. Eventually Cortez finds out that the deal was leaked by one of his own associates, Gonzalez. During the mission Treacherous Swine, one of Cortez' goons provides a Chainsaw for Tommy Vercetti to eliminate Gonzalez.
During their final appearance in the mission All Hands On Deck!, Tommy Vercetti helps the Colonel and his men take his yacht out of Florida while fighting the DGSE, a French government agency which is trying to retrieve the missile technology chips stolen from DGSE agent Pierre La Ponce.
