Graffiti of Jose.
Jose is a character in Grand Theft Auto V. He is a deceased high ranking member of the Los Santos Vagos. A large graffiti mural dedicated to him can be found on the side of a residential building in the Rancho Projects at Jamestown Street in Rancho, Los Santos. The colorful, elaborate mural shows his name, along with the illustration of an eagle and some text reading "In Memory" and "RIP Homie".
Besides this mural, Jose is never seen nor heard at all during any point in the game.
