Jorge is a character in Grand Theft Auto series who appears as a minor character in Grand Theft Auto Online introduced in The Cayo Perico Heist update.
History[]
Background[]
There is very little information given or shown about Jorge's past history. However, based on his role and interactions with Miguel Madrazo, it is heavily implied that Jorge is close to Miguel, or at the very least trusted to a modest degree, as he is stated to be Miguel's personal fence and bodyguard, and even praised by Miguel for his ability to auction off whatever loot the player finds on subsequent heists on Juan Strickler.
However, their relationship may simply be mutual professionalism as Jorge simply refers to Miguel as "sir" and is ordered as crudely as other security staff.
Events of Grand Theft Auto Online[]
The Cayo Perico Heist[]
In late 2020, Miguel Madrazo contacts the protagonist, who used to work for his father, and asks him to meet him at The Music Locker in East Vinewood to discuss. Jorge is present alongside Miguel in the VIP area of the club. He is later seen (and named) in the ending cutscene of The Cayo Perico Heist where he will be ordered to give the player their payout for the stolen files.
Miguel explains that Jorge is his personal fence that will exchange and sell whatever loot the player finds in their subsequent heists on Cayo Perico, appearing at the Madrazo's private estate.
The Chop Shop[]
The Cluckin' Bell Farm Raid[]
In 2024, the GTA Online Protagonist performs multiple raids at the Clucking Bell Farms in Paleto Bay as a personal favor for their friend Vincent Effenburger, now working as an officer of the law. The factory is currently being used as a front by a new cartel who recently arrived in the state.
To assure the heist team gets paid, Vincent sets up a deal with Miguel Madrazo's representative Jorge to sell the stolen cocaine. Jorge performs the exchange at an abandoned FIB facility in Downtown Vinewood, once the cartel's loot is acquired and the cops are cleared out.[1]
Bottom Dollar Bounties[]
During Dispatch Work missions, after the GTA Online Protagonist helps Vincent confiscate certain items to use as evidence against corrupt officers at the LSPD, they must deliver said evidence to the abandoned FIB facility in Downtown Vinewood, where Jorge will keep the evidence secured to be later used by Vincent.
Personality[]
Jorge is a hard-working and professional individual, loyal to the Madrazos and consistently diligent with whatever matters or tasks he is involved with.
Despite his profession, Jorge is fairly composed and reserved as he prefers to let his superiors handle the situation and does not stop the player when they attempt to enter the VIP Table area at The Music Locker.
He demonstrates his devotion with his behavior and mannerisms, as he closely follows Miguel, even when walking a few feet at the VIP Tables and states that he likely beat a new record for doing overtime in the finale for the Cayo Perico Heist.
