Jordan makes his only appearance during the mission Cop Wheels, alongside an unnamed police helicopter pilot.

During the mission, Carl Johnson steals Jordan's HPV-1000 for a planned heist at the Caligula's Palace. Jordan's fate is determined by the player and has no impact on the storyline.
