Jimmy Pegorino's House is the former residence of Jimmy Pegorino, former head of the Pegorino Crime Family, in Grand Theft Auto IV and Episodes from Liberty City. It is located on Beaverhead Avenue in Westdyke, Alderney. It is presently the residence of the Petrovic family.
Description[]
During the storyline of Grand Theft Auto IV, the house serves as the residence of Jimmy Pegorino, head of the small-time Pegorino Crime Family inherited from his father, and his wife Angie until the whole operation is wiped out. Meetings between Pegorino's employees happened inside Pegorino's residence.
In the multiplayer missions, the house serves as the home of notorious Russian crime kingpin Kenny Petrovic and his wife and daughter, serving as the base of operations for the Petrovic Mafiya after his return to America in 2008.
The exterior of the house is very diverse, with a lot of vegetation, some plants and a large lawn. On the right side, there is a path that leads to the backyard, and on the left side is the pool with four porcelain figures that can be broken. In the back, there is an open-air dinning area made of wood.
The radio station playing inside is Jazz Nation Radio. In Episodes from Liberty City, the radio station is replaced with Liberty Rock Radio.

Events of Grand Theft Auto IV[]
In 2008, Niko Bellic meets Jimmy Pegorino in his residence's office after being appointed by his associate Phil Bell after doing big favors for the family as a hired goon. Pegorino hires Niko to assist him in a meeting with the Pavano Crime Family from Liberty City to set up a deal with them so his Alderney crew can get into The Commission, which turns out to be an ambush.
The house gets bugged by the FIB after Pegorino's personal bodyguard Anthony Corrado turns state's against him, which leads to Pegorino hiring Niko once again to eliminate him.
Pegorino's residence is last seen during a tense meeting between Jimmy Pegorino and his high-ranking employees Ray Boccino and Phil Bell, where Pegorino suspects there is a rat within his organization. After the meeting, Pegorino hires Niko to kill whoever he suspects to be a rat.
According to Pegorino's wife Angie, police patrols are constantly passing by the house.
Multiplayer[]
After Pegorino's downfall and his entire crew being wiped out by Niko Bellic over a bad decision Pegorino forced him to do, costing the life of someone close to him, Kenny Petrovic and his family return to America and decide to move from their townhouse in Hove Beach after a welcoming ambush by the National Office of Security Enforcement.
He moves to Pegorino's former residence in Alderney, outside Liberty City, and uses it as his base of operations.

In Pegorino's Pride, one Cognoscenti is parked on the driveway and two "modified" Schafters are parked in the garage.
In Payback, a "modified" PMP 600 is parked in the driveway.

Trivia[]
- The internal file name for this mansion is "sopranos". This is a reference to the HBO Drama series The Sopranos, where the main character Tony lives in a similar mansion on 'Stag Trail Rd', in West Caldwell, New Jersey. The Pegorino mansion which is located on Beaverhead Rd in Westdyke, Alderney, is an obvious nod to this.
- During one of the tasks in Mafiya Work, Kenny Petrovic asks his hired goons to destroy a collection of marble statues from the Pavano Crime Family. He claims the statues are "so ugly that they offends him". Ironically, the pool of his house is decorated with the same destructible marble statues.
- A portrait of a Bas Rutten character model performing punches is seen inside the office as an Easter egg. Bas Rutten is the real-life motion capture actor for Niko Bellic's fighting animations, as well as in-game version of himself as the presenter of The Men's Room TV show alongisde Jeremy St. Ives.
