Jazz Nation Radio (JNR) is a radio station featured in Grand Theft Auto IV that plays classic jazz music.
Description[]
The station is hosted by jazz musician Roy Haynes and plays classic jazz.
It does not appear in Episodes from Liberty City and is instead replaced by Self-Actualization FM although in Grand Theft Auto IV: The Complete Edition, JNR, along with all other GTA IV exclusive radio stations, appears in The Lost and Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony.
This is the favourite radio station of Jimmy Pegorino, Ray Boccino and Phil Bell.

- "St. Thomas" by Sonny Rollins is often played by buskers throughout the city. If the player donates enough money to them, they will eventually receive the song as a ringtone for their cell phone.
- "Night and Day" by Charlie Parker is always playing during the Truck Hustle mission cutscene.
- "Move" by Miles Davis is featured in the GTA IV Gamestop TV Commercial.

- Roy Haynes says that Sonny Rollins used to visit his house "up on Sugar Hill, in Liberty City of course." Sugar Hill happens to be a real life historic district in Manhattan, New York City.[3]
