Jay Santiago (born in San Juan, Puerto Rico) is a Puerto Rician actor and voice actor.

Santiago appeared in TV shows such as Late Show with David Letterman, Cagney & Lacey, Criminal Minds, All My Children, Big Lake, Blue Bloods and Important Things with Demetri Martin.
He provided the voice of Manuel in Grand Theft Auto V.
