Javier and his brothers, Jesus and Jose Trunchez took control of The Triangle Club after Dwayne Forge was incarcerated.

In the mission Undress to Kill, Forge sends Niko Bellic to kill the three brothers. In the mission, he is shown as being frustrated at a stripper pronouncing his name phonetically, rather than with an "H" sound.
