It is possibly based on Antwerp Street, Watts, Los Angeles.

Jamestown Street is a part of Los Santos Vagos turf, especially its south part, below Carson Avenue. However, as seen in "Ballas to the Wall", Ballas seems to have a temporary presence in the region in 2013.
