The Progen Itali GTB Custom is a custom vehicle featured in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the Import/Export update, released on January 10th, 2017, during the Itali GTB Week event.
Design
Grand Theft Auto Online
The Itali GTB Custom is the custom variant of the Itali GTB, which features a custom bodykit, composed of extended bolt-on arches, an extension on the front end, side skirts on the sides and a splitter on the rear end all made of Carbon fiber, as well as two exhaust pipes right next to the tail lights. Both ends feature racing tow hooks and the rear end was completely rearranged to give it a better aerodynamic.
As the vehicle is essentially an Itali GTB modified for motorsport, it is based on the McLaren 650S GT3 and 570S GT4/Sprint. The rear end takes design cues from the McLaren P1 GTR.

Performance
Grand Theft Auto Online
The car receives upgrades in speed and acceleration, where the files list the car as being 0.2 km/h faster than the regular Itali GTB. The car gains upgraded handling thanks to the weight reduction, likely due to the carbon fibre inserts around the entire body.
The car is susceptible to quite a bit of understeer, most likely due to the AWD drivetrain. It is marginally quicker overall than the Banshee 900R.

Grand Theft Auto Online
- Can be converted from an Itali GTB at Benny's Original Motor Works for $495,000.
Trivia
- The Itali GTB Custom emits an electrical beep when the engine is turned off, the same sound effect is heard on the Tempesta, 811, Nero Custom, Specter and the Specter Custom, this is not present on the standard model.
Grand Theft Auto Online
- The Custom variant does not allow the player to look directly behind while in first person, this is not the case with the normal Itali GTB, despite no major changes to the rear compartment have been made.
- The "Tri Color Stripes" livery is based on the stock livery of the Mclaren 650S GT3.[1]
- The "Kreppsohle" livery is based on Dream Racing's Lamborghini Super Trofeo Livery.[2]
- Though one of the livery options is named "Debris", a company named Debris does not appear both in-game nor on the livery; it may be a misreading of Eris, the main livery sponsor.
Bugs/Glitches
- Some of the steering wheel options have incomplete textures.[3]
