Isaac's girlfriend is a minor character that appears in Grand Theft Auto IV.

History[]

Events of Grand Theft Auto IV[]

After a failed diamond deal, Niko Bellic is sent to kill Isaac Roth, as he threatened to have Ray Boccino killed. Isaac Roth is holed up at the Majestic Hotel with some of his associates. He is hidden in his room, along with his girlfriend. Once Niko gets close to the doors of the room, Isaac orders his girlfriend to save herself and run for her life. Afterwards, she can be seen running out. At this point, she can be either killed or spared.

She is one of four characters that can be spared by Niko, the others being the Unnamed Jewish Mobster, Unnamed Russian Goon and Darko Brevic.
Her model, clothes, and hairstyle are used by pedestrians in wealthy areas around Liberty City.
