Hey, so Vernon says this shit got the Ballas written all over it. Man, I don't know about that... The Ballas pulled some shit, but fucking with Dre? Damn, it's the only lead we got though. So go get with Vernon and see what's what. Sniff it out, man, I think you'll make the right call. |
Vernon: |

The Protagonist drives Vernon to the site of a shootout in progress at one of two locations in Davis: at the Grove Street cul-de-sac or a gas station at Brouge Avenue. |

The Protagonist, Vernon, and his allies shoot down numerous waves of Balla attackers. Eventually, they get a three-star Wanted Level and the police approach. |

Shit, if you wasn't some cross-eyed OCB motherfucker, I might like you. But you oughta know this shit. There's lines you don't cross. |

(to the Protagonist) Okay, y'all, Imma make some calls here. See if he stacks up. I'll give Franklin a call when we know. |

Look, I heard there's something going on over in the Projects. Vagos running their mouth about Dre playing some joints no one's heard, self-snitching motherfuckers. That's what I know. |
