The jewelry store is located on Clinton Avenue in Downtown Vinewood, Los Santos. It is next to Gem's Jewelry.
The jewelry store is only accessible to the player during the Epsilon Program mission Accepting the Truth in GTA V and appears to be used simply as a storeroom rather than a jewelry store. Outside of the mission and in GTA Online, the store is inaccessible to the player and plays no further role in the storyline whatsoever.
