Ian Johnson was a programmer at DMA Design until circa 1998.
Career[]
Johnson was a prominent programmer on the original Grand Theft Auto game, notably working with artist Stewart Waterson to create the game's Tank.[1]
He left DMA Design shortly after the release of the game.
Some time after leaving DMA Design, Johnson would gain the record for the "shortest employment time at a video game company" when he was fired by VIZ Entertainment after just 20 minutes for offering to give them stolen IP from DMA Design.
