Hugh Welsh
is a character in Grand Theft Auto V. He is a gunman the player can employ to help out with Heists in GTA V.
If he is employed as part of the crew during The Bureau Raid, he will always be killed during the mission. Equally, if he is used in the Jewelry Store Job, he will be killed by falling off his motorbike.
