Huang (Traditional Chinese: 黃, Simplified Chinese: 黄) is a character in the Grand Theft Auto series, who appears as a supporting character in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of The Diamond Casino Heist.
He is a member of the Cheng Family Holdings and a close associate of Georgina Cheng.

The Diamond Casino Heist[]
Huang is first seen accompanying Georgina to Mirror Park where they meet Lester and the online protagonist in order to persuade them to rob the Diamond Casino on Georgina's behalf. Once the online protagonist has bought an Arcade Center, Huang again accompanies his boss to visit the place twice, the first time is when the Arcade Center is being set up and the second time is when the place is up and running.
During the Heist Finale, he represents the Cheng Family Holdings to hear the crew's final plan, as Georgina is called back to the mainland on that day. Once the plan is set in motion, he leaves the Arcade Center and let Lester and the crew to execute the plan on their own.
