In 2025, the criminal steals Yusuf Amir's prized Turismo Omaggio. Mutual Mr. Faber contact Raf De Angelis spots the criminal with the stolen luxury car after he has stopped by the Hands On Car Wash, currently running as a money laundering front by Raf and the GTA Online Protagonist. Through the CCTV footage, Raf identifies the criminal and tracks him down to The Diamond Casino & Resort, where he is currently residing in a penthouse under a fake name.
The GTA Online Protagonist is sent to the casino to hunt the criminal and retrieve Yusuf's luxury car. Yusuf sends Raf a number of fake names the criminal uses while in Los Santos. After finding a residents manifest inside one of the casino's staff rooms and sending a photo of it to Raf, he identifies the criminal using the pseudonym of Howard Sayer on the list.
The criminal, armed with a Pump Shotgun, is located in room 522, and he is killed by the GTA Online Protagonist. The car keys are retrieved from his body and the luxury car is delivered to Yusuf's cousin Jamal Amir at his Salvage Yard.
