Horace Walsh, known as "the Pacifist", is the DJ of the K-JAH radio station in Grand Theft Auto III. He is voiced by Herman Stephens.

Description[]

In 1998, the setting of Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories, his cousin Natalie often criticizes him for being something he isn't and frequently gets angry at him for trying to take her job and normally sends out messages to him to stop trying to take her job and stop smoking herb. Walsh took over as host of K-JAH sometime between 1998 and 2001, replacing his cousin Natalie Walsh Davis.

As a DJ, Walsh attempts to pacify the residents of Liberty City encouraging them to stop taking SPANK, put down their weapons and reassuring them that "knowledge is king". He seems to be a big fan of dub artist Scientist, judging by his comments "Knowledge is king, mon. So wi love di Scientist here on K-JAH!" and "Yuh waa fight? Go buy yuhself a gun. Yuh waa knowledge? Get yuhself di Scientist!", and the fact that he devoted the station playing tracks from Scientist's album Scientist Rids the World of the Evil Curse of the Vampires. Walsh has a strong disliking towards media mogul Donald Love and his company, Love Media. In the words of Walsh, "Mi have nuh love fi Donald Love, mon".
