Hingmyralgan is a pain reliever drug created sometime before 2007 by The Project in Manhunt 2. Posters for it can be found inside the Project Laboratories.
In Grand Theft Auto IV, it is sold on the in-game website "yourmexicandoctor.com", along with the H4PP1 pills, anti-depressants mentioned in Manhunt 2.
