The Higgins Helitours is a legitimate business used as a front for money laundering. The personalization is limited to 9 tint options.
Players can choose from purchase it from Maze Bank Foreclosures after acquiring the Hands On Car Wash in Strawberry.

Upon purchasing the property, the player is able to run the money laundering operation and perform legitimate work to avoid police attention (Heat), which can be launched from the computer inside the office.
The business will generate a passive income as long as the Heat indicator is kept below 100%, however it can only be collected from the safe at the Hands On Car Wash. Purchasing the Higgins Helitours also allows the player to request a Personal Aircraft or the company's Higgins Helitours Maverick to be delivered to the Vespucci Helipad.
Additionally, owning Higgins Helitours increases Air Freight Cargo product value by 10% if a Hangar is owned.
