Hidden Packages are a collectible in Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories.
Description[]
There are 100 Hidden Packages located all around Liberty City, which the player must find and collect while on foot. These items cannot be collected while on a vehicle. They appear as large spinning keychains fashioned as hands in a sign of the horns gesture.
Certain Hidden Packages are placed inside buildings, which are only normally accessible (without glitches or exploits) upon destroying them during storyline missions (Blow Up 'Dolls' and Bringing the House Down).
Collecting all Hidden Packages is a requirement for the 100% completion.

The Hidden Packages are available upon gaining control of Toni Cipriani during Home Sweet Home.
Rewards[]
Each Hidden Package will award the player with $250. Collecting all packages alone will result in a total of $25,000 earned. An additional $50,000 reward is obtained upon collecting the last package, totalling a $75,000 reward.
For each 10 Hidden Packages collected, a permanent spawn point for a specific item is created in front of all safehouses.
