Stealth helicopter is a prep mission featured in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of The Cayo Perico Heist update, and is a freeroam mission that can be completed at any time while The Cayo Perico Heist strand is active. It is one of six missions within the Approach Vehicle category that is mandatory for completion, but becomes optional if another of the missions has been completed. It requires the player to discover at least one drop zone on the island during the gather intel prep mission.
Mission Details: Steal a stealth annihilator to use as an approach vehicle when infiltrating the island.
Heist Impact: Rappel out of the Stealth Annihilator undetected as your pilot hovers over your chosen drop zone.
Pavel reveals that if the player(s) wish to drop discreetly onto the island via one of the two drop zones they found when scoping it out, they will need a sophisticated stealth helicopter for the job to avoid detection by Juan Strickler's men. He soon reveals that he has found one, but it will require dealing with the security measures in place before stealing it, and then bringing the helicopter to Miguel Madrazo's private hangar at LSIA. Players will be given one of two variants for the mission.
Completing this mission will acquire an Annihilator Stealth helicopter for approaching Cayo Perico in the finale, but it cannot be used until the player completes an additional mission to secure a pilot.
Raid a Yacht[]
“You have quite the shopping list, you know this, kapitan? A stealth helicopter does not come on the market every day. Only when the government is in need of emergency funds. I have been waiting, and today there is such a deal taking place on a yacht just offshore.”

Pavel tells the protagonist that he has located an Annihilator Stealth helicopter aboard a Yacht anchored offshore San Andreas, and that it will be heavily defended while it is awaiting sale to a private buyer.
Find the controls for the anti-aircraft defenses on the bridge. The stealth helicopter will be shot down if you try to steal it before defenses are deactivated.
Players must travel to the location of the yacht and board it, before heading for the bridge, dealing with hostiles along the way.
Hack the laptop to disable the yacht's air defenses.
Once there, they must use a laptop in order to disable the anti-air defense aboard the vessel.
Once the defenses are down, they must make their way to the helicopter, steal it, and deliver it to Miguel's hangar without letting it be destroyed. The mission is completed when the helicopter is parked before the doors of the hangar.

The player makes their way to the location of the deal and approaches the yacht.
Pavel:
Do you know what kind of reaction you will get for interrupting international arms trade? It is pretty much what you expect.
Alternative:
You know, I have interrupted many arms deals in my working life, kapitan. And every single time many people get shot. There seems to be no other way.
Alternative #2:
There are many difficulties in storming a yacht full of arms dealers and federal agents. Well, one difficulty, but many bullets.
The player boards the yacht.
Pavel:
Kapitan... air defenses! The stealth tech is for radar only. If they have line of sight, they will be able to shoot you down! Check up on the bridge for a terminal or something.
Alternative:
Don't forget air defenses. They do not need to see you on the radar to shove a missile up your ass! Look for terminal on bridge.
Alternative #2:
These yachts all have air defenses. You need to take them down... the stealth tech is only for radar. If they can see you they can blow you up! Try on the bridge, there must be a terminal up there.
The player enters the bridge and uses the laptop to disable the air defenses.
Pavel:
Well done... looks like you disabled them! Now, no need to hang around!
Alternative:
I think the air defenses are down! Time for take off!

There will be angry men with big guns, sure, but these are not the main problem. That would be the air defenses, kapitan! So, let's drop in!”
Use explosives to destroy the anti-aircraft turrets before stealing the Stealth Annihilator. If you attempt to leave while any of the turrets are still active, they will destroy the aircraft.
Players must venture to the HQ, whereupon they must destroy a series of anti-air turrets before they can steal the helicopter, dealing with hostile mercenaries. Only explosives will deal with the turrets, and some will require finding vantage points to be able to hit them.
Once the defenses are destroyed, they must steal the helicopter and deal with a pair of helicopters sent by Merryweather, without letting them destroy the vehicle. Once done, they must travel to LSIA and land the vehicle before the doors to Miguel's hangar.

You know how difficult it is to find stealth helicopter, kapitan? Very difficult. But I suppose that is the point, yes? They are too expensive for government these days... only private contractors. The one I have located is on secure base, guarded by dozens of well-equipped mercenaries and some air defenses to make sure it doesn't take off in the wrong hands. So, very straightforward. Chop-chop, as you say.

Ah, you should have been with me in the nineties, kapitan. You wanted stealth helicopter, you buy one for a carton of cigarettes and a warm coat. These days, it is different. You have to do daring raid onto heavily guarded base of private military, destroy air defenses, and escape. Still, my grandmother would say, only a hungry man enjoys the borsch. So, let us go and work up an appetite, yes?
So, we need a pilot for this thing. I know exactly who to call. Airforce veteran. More medals than he can fit on his chest, and very, very bored with his retirement. Perfect for this operation.
