Crazy Jimmy needs a driver, so the protagonist must pick up a Taxi in south Brocklyn Docks and pick up Jimmy at the National Reserve Bank in south Ardler. Once they pick him up, the protagonist will receive a four-star wanted level and be told to go to Bubby's place in northwest Kings. Dropping him off, the protagonist will then be told that a hitman named Dumb Kurt has entered town and that they must get rid of him by rigging a car with a bomb. Alternatively, the player can simply blow up his blue Beast GTS up in northeast Kings with gun shots and completing the mission.

According to the ENGLISH.FXT file, there was a cut objective during this mission in which the player was tasked to deliver the dead body of a maid, killed by Bubby's wife Skye, to a garage owned by a character named Reeve. This objective was given by Bubby himself after delivering Crazy Jimmy.[1]
