Heavy Metal is a Fooligan Job featured in Grand Theft Auto Online as part of the Los Santos Drug Wars update.
Description[]
After requesting work from Dax, the GTA Online Protagonist will soon receive a call back from him in which he tells the player that two Fooligan-friendly colleagues working out of an off-grid camper van have recently had their van raided, losing the copper wire they use to make bombs for the Fooliganz. Dax sends the player to find the head of the group who raided the van, kill him, then take the supplies back to his friends.
On the way to the destination, Dax will send a picture of the rival gang leader that needs to be eliminated. Once the gang leader is eliminated, the player needs to send a Snapmatic of his corpse to Dax.
and use the image sent by Dax to identify and eliminate the rival boss of the [gang].
and send it to Dax.
The location of a nearby Bobcat XL loaded with copper wire and chemicals will then be marked. The player needs to deliver the vehicle to a destination while being chased by reinforcements from the rival gang.
Upon arrival at the destination, two characters will be waiting beside a Surfer with a "TW1NPN3S" custom plate. The player must then leave the area to complete the mission, for which they can use the two Veruses parked nearby.

The two characters and the blue and white Surfer with the Twin Pines plate at the delivery destination are an Easter Egg referencing a scene in Back to the Future where Doc and Marty are attacked at Twin Pines Mall by two Libyans in a Volkswagen Type 2.[1]
