Heather Alicia Simms (born February 25, 1970 in Hartford, Connecticut) is an American actress and voice actress.
Career[]
Simms is best known for her multiple appearances in the Law & Order television series.
She provided the voice of Denise Robinson in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas and a pedestrian in The Ballad of Gay Tony. She also voiced Bad Bessie, Cheryl Lynn and Dancing Girls #1 in Rockstar Games' Red Dead Revolver.
