Niko Bellic visits Elizabeta Torres to find her anguished by the prospect of her impending arrestation. Suddenly, someone bangs on the door vigorously. Elizabeta brandishes her Pistol and shouts "Who is it?". "It's the streets, man," answers Manny Escuela. Niko offers tacitly to open the door for her. She profits from the occasion to snort a line of coke and pinches her nose, grunting from the pain.
When Niko opens the door, Manny and his camera man Jay Hamilton dash inside with the camera rolling. Manny walks up to Elizabeta and threatens, pointing his index at her: "You betta stop slinging that shit on my streets." Manny turns toward Niko and asks him what he's doing here. Suddenly, Elizabeta brandishes her pistol and shoots Manny and Jay in the head in quick succession. "I am not in the mood for this right now!" she says, looking at their motionless bodies lying on the floorboards. Elizabeta asks Niko to load the bodies in her car and take them to a doctor in Broker.
Mission Objectives[]
In order to complete the mission and receive the payout the player must:
Take the bodies to the doctor.
You may want to close the trunk, the police may be able to see its contents. (if the trunk is opened.)
Deaths[]
Manny Escuela – Killed by Elizabeta for nearly revealing her location to the LCPD.
Jay Hamilton – Killed by Elizabeta for nearly revealing her location to the LCPD.
Walkthrough[]
The player must get into Elizabeta's Voodoo with the bodies of Hamilton and Escuela loaded in the trunk and drive to the doctor in Dukes (Elizabeta erroneously claims that he is based in Broker). If the trunk is open and the police spot the bodies, the player will receive a two-star wanted level. To prevent this, the player can close the trunk - this is the only circumstance in the game where closing a car's trunk is an available option. Once Niko meets the doctor, the latter explains that the organs will be harvested and be out on the streets in no time, "helping out plenty of folks". Niko remarks ironically that Manny "Had been trying to help the streets his whole life... maybe he'll actually be doing it now".
Alternative Method[]
It is possible to dispose of the bodies either by dumping the car in the river or destroying it with explosives. However, the only way to receive payment is to take the bodies to the doctor.
Niko will phone Elizabeta, telling her that "the doctor has the stuff", much to her relief. She also tells Niko to stay away from her as the heat is closing in on her.
Niko can call Roman after the mission, who will ask him if anything interesting is happening in his life. Niko mentions the various people he has met, including Elizabeta and Manny, Packie and Francis McReary, Playboy X, Johnny Klebitz and the black market doctor.

This section/page depicts all cutscenes and dialogues in the mission Have a Heart in Grand Theft Auto IV.
Elizabeta's Apartment
Elizabeta is seen pacing back and forth across the living room. Niko enters.
So? So? So... so I'm going to go to prison, for a long time! So, my life is over! All this work... for nothing, man. Being tough in a man's world... I guess I wasn't so tough, huh? Jorge turned state's... everyone's a rat!
Now, word up, bitch, you betta stop slinging that shit on my streets, yo. We don't want it anymore. Hey, yo, Jay, you catching this?
Jay:
Rolling, rolling.
Elizabeta:
What is this Manny? For fuck's sake.
Manny:
The streets have spoken. Now leave my people alone! Yo, Niko, what you doing here?
Elizabeta takes her pistol and shoots Manny, then Jay, in the head.
Elizabeta:
I am not in the mood for this right now.
Niko:
Well, he said he was going to bust a dealer...
Elizabeta:
Can you help me clean this mess up? There's a doctor in Broker who can help. Come on, let's put 'em in my car.
Niko and Elizabeta drag the bodies out of the apartment.
Driving to the Doctor
Niko gets in Elizabeta's Voodoo, driving the bodies of Manny and Jay in the trunk. If the trunk pops open at any point during the drive, Niko can stop, walk to the back, and close it. As he does so, he says one of the following lines at random.
Niko:
Hey, aren't you that guy from the TV?
Niko:
I wouldn't want the cops seeing you guys.
Niko:
Shit, were you guys trying to make a break for it?
Niko:
Oops, we nearly lost you two.
Niko:
Well, at least you'll live on through your documentary.
Niko:
I can't believe I've got a genuine celebrity in the back of my car.
During the drive, Niko gets a call from Little Jacob.
Wha'gwan me brother, it's me, Jacob. Yo, you wan' get some food?
Niko:
Shit, Jacob, I'm sorry. I'm already hanging out with two friends. I've kind of got my hands full looking after them. We should do something soon though.
Elizabeta, something happened. The mess didn't get cleaned up. I have had to leave it pretty close to your apartment.
Elizabeta:
Shit, what you doing? This ain't good. Come back to see me, yah?
NOTE: While the game considers destroying the Voodo far from Elizabeta's apartment as passing the mission, the internal identifiers for these voice lines associate this outcome with failing. There's also no payout with this outcome. Hence, it's grouped with the other failure condition.
Niko calls Elizabeta.
Niko:
I couldn't get those things to the doctor.
Elizabeta:
I got enough on my plate to be worrying about this as well. You just missed out on a payday.
Little Jacob calls during the mission asking if Niko wants to get something to eat with him, to which Niko responds, "Sorry Jacob, I'm already hanging out with two friends" (the corpses in the trunk of his car). The call serves no purpose other than being an ironic joke, similar to Jacob's other call in I'll Take Her, Roman's calls in Rigged to Blow and Shadow; and Brucie's calls in Undress to Kill and Dining Out.
In the beta version, the meeting place was supposed to be on a jetty by the Dukes Bay Bridge. This might explain the screenshot that can be seen in the the steam version.
Niko has many different lines of dialogue for closing the trunk, including "Oops, we nearly lost you two", "Shit, were you guys trying to make a break for it?", "I can't believe I've got a genuine celebrity in the back of my car", "Hey, aren't you that guy from the TV?", "Well, at least you'll live on through your documentary", and "I wouldn't want the cops seeing you guys".
