It is located in Dukes, beginning at Dukes Boulevard and turning into the East Borough Bridge that leads to Charge Island onward to Algonquin and Bohan.
Along with Starr Street and Long John Ave, this street is a reference to British band The Beatles, specifically to George Harrison, the lead guitarist for the band. It may also be named after Benjamin Harrison V, one of the signers of the Declaration of Independence.
