H4PP1 is a drug advertised in Manhunt 2, Grand Theft Auto IV, and Grand Theft Auto V.
Description
The H4PP1 pills are anti-depressants drugs created sometime before 2007 by The Project at the Cottonmouth Asylum in Manhunt 2. Posters for it can be found inside the Project Laboratories.
In Grand Theft Auto IV, it is sold on the in-game website "yourmexicandoctor.com", along with Hingmyralgan, a pain reliever drug mentioned in Manhunt 2.
