The Special Edition doesn't include a box. It still includes the blimp. [1]
Controversy
In certain countries, such as Austrailia and New Zealand, limited stock and high prices have caused many people to express anger. GameStop can only sell 5-8 of these editions at each store in these nations, causing higher prices and multiple sell-outs. Many people have boycotted the standard edition. Also, other countries have higher pricing than the United as rates, causing additional unrest. The blame of this issue goes to EBGames, GameStop, and Rockstar. It is unknown yet if the issue will be addressed.[citation/verification needed]
