Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy is a collection of games containing Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas for the PC, Macintosh, Xbox and PlayStation 2. It was released on October 19, 2005, in North America and November 4, 2005, in Europe.
After the release of Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition, the original trilogy was no longer available for purchase on gaming platforms, along with the individual original games for a period of time. The trilogy was later brought back for purchase on the Rockstar Games Store.
