The Governor Greg Johnson Projects are a public housing complex in Grand Theft Auto IV and Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars located in Northwood, Algonquin, Liberty City.

There are three 24-story apartments, each 84.56 meters tall[citation/verification needed]. There are a few smaller apartments, a Community Center[citation/verification needed], and children's playgrounds on site. Nearby there are Rubin Swinger Basketball Courts. Mainly African Americans, Dominicans, and other people of Latino descent spawn around the projects. In the mission Coming Down in The Lost and Damned drug addicts of a white descent who appear to be Skinheads also hang around this area.

In the The Ballad of Gay Tony version, Dominicans and drug dealers spawn around the area. It is also a drop off for Armando and Henrique after activities and during the mission I Luv LC.

In Grand Theft Auto IV, the ground floors of all three buildings are accessible to the player, while only the middle one provides the player access to all floors and even some apartments' interiors. In Episodes of Liberty City, all three buildings are accessible to the player ground floor, while only the middle one is available to access all floors and even access some apartments' interiors. The eastern building is available to go one floor up for the mission Coming Down in The Lost and Damned.

The projects are notorious for their high crime rates, it is a hot-spot for gangsters, drug dealers, junkies and prostitutes.

  • One of the buildings feature a sign saying "Harmony Heights Secure Community Housing. Managed Project Apartments For A Brighter Future." This may suggest that the projects had a different name during development.
